Hi folks,
DC United has done it again. Despite their weak showing in the first part of the MLS season, they have won the US Open Cup, which pits MLS teams against USL teams, for the bragging rights to the top class of soccer in the US. Granted, United has a lot of foreign players, which USL teams cannot afford, but it's my team, right or wrong.
I am currently trying to get a company called Calle ('street' in Spanish) to sponsor us over here. They specialize in gear for street soccer.
Here is a photo of my 'second team'....yes we include the cars, guardposts, walls, as players.
