Kofta

Ever been to a Lebanese or other Middle Eastern restaurant?

Besides falafel and the standards of hummous and pita, they also normally have kofta kebab...small breaded meatballs with cardamom and ginger and some other spices.

Baji made me KOFTA---big patties of ground lamb meat mixed with raisins, then breaded in cous-cous and fried. And then deep-cooked in a tomato-based soup with onions and lemon.

So anyway, I am chowing down right now. Wish all the world could enjoy this food.

Peace and love to all.
