I am amazed

Here is the banner made locally and fully installed at the low low price of $540. If I sound like Bob Barker (God rest his soul) it is because I am trying to get people to invest in this academy. Send your company or personal logo, and $1000 and we will add it to the sign. Or just send the money and forget about the logo.

The first investors are as follows:

My Mom and Dad, for raising me to care about other people.

My brothers, Chris, Mike and James for getting me back in the beautiful game after a long idle time.

Stephan Pastis for free graphics and a laugh-a-day, author of the Pearls Before Swine comic......very funny man.

Chris Avery, from the Southwestern soccer club in Clifton, VA...just someone I met online in response to my email to the Barra Brava. He has sent me so much gear, the boys are jealous of the fact that I am giving most of it away to poor families.

Oscar Zambrana, El Jefe from La Barra Brava, God Bless him because he put me in touch with the above and below people, with the exception of Pastis...Pastis is like cancer--it grows on you.

Nicholas Greene, who fixed my computer at the Vienna airport, and offered to help me with the fixing of my Mom's computer so she wouldn't bug me about it. She never took him up on the offer, to my knowledge, but I guess the offer still stands.

Denise Casale, for a cash donation and much moral support.

And, last, but not least, the very first person to respond to my appeal for help.....Number One Designs, with Scott Fields in Richmond, VA.

The boys saw the banner today for the first time. We had a huge dust storm and some rain (Hamdul'ilah, so I didn't take them on the field...but I did show off the banner.

I can't tell you how much they were jazzed seeing it up.

Hope you all can still help with some more donations.

Love and Peace to all!

Nice work. I also have some good news for you: Bob Barker is still alive! He's 84 years young.

Hope you're well!

This is such cool and awesome work you're doing. I would be interested in sending a donation - how can I? I've haven't been on here in a while, but I was thinking about you and you seem to be doing well! :-)
Hope to see you when you head back to the States....
God Bless
